Note: We will never ask for your private keys in plain text.

1.3 Usage & Device Information

We collect technical data about your connection, including IP address, browser fingerprint, and device type. This is strictly used for security auditing to prevent unauthorized access during the sensitive claim initiation process.

We operate with a strict 'Client-First' confidentiality model. We do not sell or trade your data. Your information is shared only in specific scenarios:

  • Data Purge: Once a refund is successfully completed, all sensitive recovery data is automatically purged after 30 days.
