Privacy Policy
Welcome to Refunda Recovery. This policy explains how we secure your data when determining your eligibility for digital asset refunds.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal & Verification Information
To facilitate a legitimate asset refund, we must verify your identity. We collect personal details such as your full name, government-issued ID (for KYC compliance), current email address, and phone number. This allows us to legally prove ownership of the dormant or lost assets we uncover.
1.2 Asset Recovery Data
To power our AI search engine, we collect specific data points regarding your lost assets. This includes, but is not limited to: old public wallet addresses, transaction hashes (TXIDs), approximate dates of loss, and exchange usage history. Note: We will never ask for your private keys in plain text.
1.3 Usage & Device Information
We collect technical data about your connection, including IP address, browser fingerprint, and device type. This is strictly used for security auditing to prevent unauthorized access during the sensitive claim initiation process.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for critical recovery operations, including:
- Deep-Scan Execution: Inputting your non-sensitive data into our AI engine to scan the blockchain history.
- Ownership Verification: Cross-referencing your personal ID with historical ledger data to validate your claim.
- Refund Processing: Facilitating the secure transfer of recovered assets from the blockchain to your active wallet.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring all recoveries adhere to international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We operate with a strict 'Client-First' confidentiality model. We do not sell or trade your data. Your information is shared only in specific scenarios:
- Blockchain Validators: Minimal public address data may be broadcast to network validators.
- Security Partners: Trusted third-party encryption services to secure your data during analysis.
- Legal Requirement: If strictly required by law to validate a high-value refund claim.
4. Data Security & Retention
We employ military-grade AES-256 encryption for all data stored on our servers.
- Session Security: We use secure cookies to maintain an encrypted session while you are uploading documents.
- Data Purge: Once a refund is successfully completed, all sensitive recovery data is automatically purged after 30 days.
